Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Carrier
We ship orders within Canada using trusted third-party carriers, including UPS and other carrier partners where appropriate. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are processed on business days only. Processing times may be extended during weekends, statutory holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Our default shipping option is Standard Shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your shipping destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A complete physical street address is required for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking information (where available). You can monitor your shipment using the carrier's tracking service.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, labour disruptions, inaccurate shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be re-shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location, ask household members or neighbours, and contact the carrier. If you still need assistance, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and the damaged item(s). We will work with the carrier to help investigate and resolve the issue where appropriate.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate shipping information, ensure someone is available to receive the shipment where required, review our Return Policy, and pay any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
